Job Description

Job Title: Sales CoordinatorLocation: Barton-under-Needwood, StaffordshireDuration: PermanentSalary: £25,000+ per annumWe are currently recruiting for a Sales Co-ordinator for a permanent position based in Barton-under-Needwood, Staffordshire.Key Duties & Responsibilities:* Responsible for liaising with a customer portfolio - Key Accounts - via telephone, email aswell as in person.* Support / Deputise for the Customer Service Manager whenever relevant.* Manage order books and the status of deliveries.* Obtaining supplier quotations, internal costing and price to respond to customersenquiries.* Invoice customers.* Processing of purchase orders and quotations.* Update and maintain trackers related to the management of customers.* Develop price lists whenever relevant.* Resolving customer issues with orders/parts eg. Rejections and Non-Conformance.* Liaising with other departments within the company to co-ordinate customers needs.* Photocopying, scanning and filing documents appropriately.* Assisting with weekly/monthly sales forecasting.Background & Experience:* The ideal candidate will have prior administrative and customer service experience* Strong attention to detail* The ability to work without supervision* Excellent time management skills* Exceptional communication and customer service skills* The ability to manage confidential information* Problem solver and resilient--- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
