Job Description

PROPERTY MANAGERDue to expansion this award winning independent agency are now seeking a Property Manager. With over a decade in the business their success is going from strength to strength and now require an experienced professional to join their team. This is primarilyan office based position although mid-term inspections will be required.Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30Alternate Saturday 9-4 with a day off in lieuPortfolio of 180 properties.Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties
  • Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
  • Mid-term Inspections
  • Arrange maintenance to meet standards
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
  • Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
  • Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
  • Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
  • Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analysing variances, data and trends
  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
  • Update job and market knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as property manager - ideally 3+ years experience
  • Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
  • In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
  • Interpersonal with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Well organised with excellent time management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
