At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week after training. We are also committed to maximisingwellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when its time to relax .Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Burton on Trent will include:

• Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
• Business to business outbound sales calls and marketing activities working to targets
• Travelling to visit clients for meetings so you will need to drive and have access to a car
• Sourcing and recruiting temporary staff to work within industrial or driving bookings
• Building relationships with your clients and candidates
• Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
