The organisation based in Burton-on-Trent are seeking a 360 degree recruiter to support on the high volume of recruitment taking place across the growing organisation. The role has flexible working and a hybrid model and comes with some great incentives for the employees both on site and at home.The successful candidate will be responsible for 360 degree recruitment in a variety of different roles for the business. The role requires great sourcing, using a different variety of methods, candidate relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
