Job Description

Cordius are recruiting for a Receptionist in Burton-on-Trent. This position is a great opportunity to work for a well-known Law firm in Burton-on-Trent.Full time - 35 hours per week: Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pmResponsibilities:

  • Answer the main switchboard, filter calls to the appropriate contact/department
  • Meet and greet visitors professionally, offering/providing refreshments
  • Manage and diarise meeting room bookings
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • On-going support to all departments for admin purposes on ad hoc basis
Personal Attributes:
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional services background would be preferred but is not essential
  • IT Literate with a proactive and positive approach to work
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication etiquette
