Project AdministratorJob Location: Burton-on-TrentJob Type: 12-month fixed term contractSalary: £24,000 - £32,500 per annumHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pmBenefits: 33 days holiday entitlement; Holiday sale and purchase scheme; Company pension scheme; Targeted professional development; Life assurance; Enhanced maternity/ paternity pay; Private healthcare membership; Bonus scheme linked intocompany performance; Paid membership fees to a professional institution; Support in attaining professional membership; Cycle to work scheme; Share purchase scheme; Season rail ticket loanWe are working with a well-established Global Engineering Consultancy who are currently seeking a Project Administrator to deliver a high-quality administration service across the business community.The team covers a wide and diverse range of administration tasks interacting and liaising with key stakeholders across the business to enable quick and efficient delivery of work.Within this role your duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Full range of administration support using word, excel, Visio, adobe pdf, SharePoint and dynamics
  • Formatting and creating documents, invoices and purchase orders using internal company templates
  • Responsibility for routine key administrations tasks; managing internal mailboxes and ensuring requests are actioned in a timely manner
  • Project specific administration support
  • Working within a team environment collaboratively to deliver a proactive high-quality service for the business community
The successful applicant will possess the following skills / experience:
  • Previous administrative experience is required for this role, preference is with Projects
  • Strong IT skills together with excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, together preferably with working knowledge of SharePoint administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail is key.
  • Proven ability to prioritise, work within demanding deadlines and deliver high quality work under pressure.
