Job title: Panel Wirer / Electrical Fitter. Job location: Burton upon TrentShifts: Days only. Payrate: £21 per hour (PAYE) / £27.34 (umbrella company) Overtime rate: over 37 hours per week: £31.50 per hour PAYE / £41.19 per hour (umbrella company)Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4pm. Friday 7.30am to 12.30pmDuration: contract, 2-month contract (likely to be extended) Start date: immediate.Overtime likely, anything over set hours is time and a half. (weekend work also available)Client Summary:The client is a specialist in specialist in locomotive manufacture based in Burton, they have just secured a large new contract. Position SummaryThe position is that of Panel Wirer, your job will be to build control cubicles to go into the locomotives, you will be reading schematics and wiring diagrams. Key duties *Work safely and comply with company standards & policys*Required to read, understand, electrical drawings & circuits.*Able to manufacture wiring looms and electrical control panels*Required to install electrical hard wiring circuits and panel wiringPerson Profile/Experience:*Must have relevant experience of basic panel wiring, electrical trunking et*NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in electrical engineering discipline.
