Job Description

Do you have Logistics or Supply Chain Administration experience Do you have experience working in a FMCG or manufacturing environment If so, I have the role for you! My client is a large and growing food manufacturer and looking for a MaterialsActivity Coordinator to join their busy team on a full-time permanent basis.   • To ensure all administrative duties pertaining to sub-contracting and booking in at 3PL locations is carried out
  • Ensuring all invoice queries are raised and resolved within 24 hours
  • Liaise with Warehouse to ensure special deliveries to 3PL’s are sent out in a timely, accurate and recorded manner
  • Raising transfer orders for 3PL’s and raising PO’s for critical lines
  • Monitor stock at risk at site and 3PL’s
  • Run reports daily on outstanding deliveries, inbound service level and use information to effectively improve and report on supplier and inbound performance
Materials Activity Coordinator Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Must have prior experience in FMCG or similar fast paced working environment
