• Manage and deliver all Market Tracking across multiple areas of the Group with relevant analysis & reporting.
• Key contributor to a proactive insight agenda.
• Develop new data driven propositions through interpretation of research & analysis
• Track, analyse and deliver relevant insight around competitor intelligence and market etc.
• Assimilation of multiple market performance and learnings to ensure a rounded view for the Group, with relevant, actionable insight is provided
• Work closely with other areas of Insight, and other functions where relevant, to ensure a clear, rounded and holistic viewis delivered to stakeholders.
• Oversee regular internal reporting and presentation schedule to share and disseminate insight across organisation
• Management of 1 Markets Insight Executive. Ability to lead cross function teams including Finance & Pricing.
• Experience working with CGA, Nielsen, Kantar or similar
• Strong all-round knowledge of all external continuous panel data sources.

What I am looking for:

• Extensive experience leading markets insight delivery, we are really flexible about where this experience has been gained, you may be working for a consumer brand or you may be working as an insights specialist for an agency working on consumer focusedaccounts.
• In-depth experience of running Adhoc Qualitative /Quantitative insight projects, delivering at board level.
• Strong mathematical, statistical and analyticalproblem solving background
• Experienced in managing budgets and projects with external consultancies.
• Passionate about understanding customers. Be the Customer Insight expert.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influential skills
