Job Description

About the BusinessAn opportunity to be a Management Accountant for an excellent service business near Burton upon Trent. They have a great study support package also and a fantastic ACCA qualified manager to support you!Main Duties:As a Management Accountant, your main duties include:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts for the FC and MD
  • Updating fixed assets registers, along with accrual and prepayment spreadsheets
  • Managing purchase and sales ledger teams
  • Supporting the FC with budgeting and forecasting
  • Managing inter-company cashflow
  • Producing and submitting quarterly VAT
  • Producing and submitting monthly bank reports
  • Supporting with annual audits
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Completing ONS surveys
Location / Office / CultureThis role is hybrid three days in the office and two from home.What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will be:
  • ACCA or CIMA qualified (or part qualified)
  • Skilled with IT (particularly spreadsheets)
  • Experienced in a manufacturing environment
  • Well-organised
  • Target driven and ambitious
  • Excellent at communication
