Role: Maintenance FitterLocation: Burton-on-TrentDuration: PermanentWorking within the Maintenance Department, and with the support and direction of the Maintenance Leadership Team, the Maintenance Fitter will ensure all equipment is operating to the required standards to ensure safe operation and to maintain production.Maintenance FitterThe ideal candidate will be a time served Mechanical Fitter with the appropriate Technical qualification. They will have a strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic principles, with the ability to read and understand complicated schematic drawings.Candidates must have a good aptitude for mechanical repairs including manual machining, bench fitting, welding and fabrication skills. IPAF 3a and 3b license and accredited counterbalance FLT license is desirable, along with the willingness to undertake trainingand put this into practice.Main duties include (but are not limited to):
