Job Description

It is a small team but as the Junior Product Manager you will work with & alongside the Head of Product Management on a variety of duties to ensure that our product is the very best in our target market.The impact you will have:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to discuss feature requirements & update them on progress by the team.
  • Work with customers to identify design requirements & test your ideas.
  • Write specifications & create designs for new features & product improvements.
  • Work closely with the development team on your ideas.
  • Conduct product testing on all releases from the development team.
  • Staying on top of market trends & competitor solutions to make sure we remain at the forefront of our industry.
  • Analyse user experience to highlight what is working & where we have areas for improvement.
  • Liaising with other business areas on Product updates.

  • Experience we need to see:
  • We are looking for someone who have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a product role. You won’t be the finished article, but you will understand what is required to make a success of the role.
  • A graduate level education.
  • Less than 90 mins from our offices in Northamptonshire (NN29 7PA).
  • Highly desirable previous experience:
  • Previous experience conducting customer interviews.
  • Any experience with UI or UX activities.
  • Previous experience with Jira, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Slack, Trello etc.
  • Location:This role will be primarily based from home but longer term the hope is that this role will also involve a couple of days in the office each week (we will pay for your accommodation 1 night a week). The offices are based on the Northamptonshire / Buckinghamshire / Bedfordshire borders.Salary: to £28k plus full company benefits.
