Job Description

Job Title: IT TechnicianSalary: £23,000We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic ICT Technician to join our dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Lead ICT Technician to provide comprehensive technical support, ensuring an effective service for both staff andstudents within the organization. Operating under the guidance of the Lead Technician, the successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Our organization is well-equipped with a variety oftechnological resources, including PCs, laptops, chrome books, and Interactive Displays, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 integration. All team members are expected to exemplify the highest standards of teamwork, collaboration, and respect, servingas role models for our students.   • Experience in working within an ICT environment.
Qualifications/Training:
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • NVQ Level 2 for ICT Practitioners or an equivalent qualification, or relevant experience in a related discipline.
Knowledge/Skills:
  • Proficient understanding and use of relevant technology.
  • Constructive team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to relate well to both children and adults.
  • A solid, working knowledge of current computer operating systems.
  • Strong organizing, planning, and prioritizing skills.
  • Methodical with keen attention to detail.
