Job Description

Investment Project ManagerField Based roleRole PurposeThis role will be responsible for co-coordinating the complex and interdependent working streams to ensure our DFB investment programme is delivered on time. The management of multiple key stakeholders is key.Key Accountabilities*Lead our investment programme office, subsequently updating Senior Leadership team on investment programme*Delivery of projects to agreed programme and budget to achieve the approved financial returns*Delivery of projects to agreed brief, and to comply with company policy, whilst meeting relevant statutory obligations, during and post project*Take responsibility to bring together brand, culture, operations and comms planning relating to investments to ensure all streams deliver smooth transition through investment process. *Understand brand swap / investment priorities by brand and sequence the interventions to ensure efficiency in process. *Provide a blueprint plan for all brands in DFB to use with investment planning *Reporting of expenditure and programme*Maximising financial returns through careful planning and implementation.*Work closely with teams across the business and in site where investments are happening in brand *Understanding the brand standards for each investment and adjusting approach accordingly *Work closely with operations teams to establish effective communication during the project and confirm project meetings and key dates for their involvement.*Provide appropriate challenge on investment priorities in order ensure work is aligned to deliver the best ROI*Work alongside SME teams in site to ensure all are working to agreed timescales and to planAbout you* You will have a direct and significant impact on the profitability of the business. Excellent planning and implementation skills will be required to maximise the financial returns.* Ability to work seamlessly and efficiently across multiple functions to plan and prioritise key streams of work * Excellent planning and implementation skills* Proven executive team influence, and will demonstrate outstanding commitment and innovation in this role.* Ability to establish an effective course of action to meet deadlines and deliver agreed results* Effectiveness in identifying problems and possible causes of problems, able to make decisions, render judgements and take action.* Capacity to perceive the impact of functional decisions on other parts of the organisation.
