There trusted by producers throughtout theindustry in the UK and Ireland and worldwide to maximise performance.Main responsibilities:All employment matters for the Burton and Lichfield sitesAdvising managers on employment mattersDealing with any employment queries from 140 employees, based at Burton, Lichfield and homeRecruitmentTwo monthly payrolls and associated labour costing and journalsControl of clocking, invoices and labour costing for seasonal agency staffControlling annualised hours for approximately 60 employeesUpdate handbooksIntroduce new policies and procedures as necessaryMaintain personnel recordsMaintain and advise on time recording/holiday systemDisciplinary matters (meetings, warnings, dismissals)Introduce and control appraisal procedureEmployee welfare including workwear and vendingRedundanciesPension joiners including auto-enrolmentMaternity/paternity leaveMaintain organisational chartsManage the company cleaning servicesOther roles you may have applied for:HR Manager, Payroll Manager, HR Partner, Senior HR ManagerCherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
