This is a rare and exciting opportunity within our Senior Management team, where you can have an immediate impact, lead, and drive our manufacturing operations to new heights.Reporting to our Group Manufacturing Director, Simon, you’ll be accountable for all operational activities, including full P&L responsibility, developing strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and continuing to ensurethe highest quality across our 5 nationwide Marley Manufacturing sites.People are at the heart of what we do, and the leadership of our dedicated work force is key to the success of this role. You’ll take on the leadership of 4 direct reports.
