You will need to know and be up to date with the latest styles and trends in the hairdressing industry.. You will be time efficient and punctual. It will be important to be able to act professional.. You will have to be social, as it is important to be able to converse with the clients, as this will build a regular customer base.. Appearance will be of a high professional standard, as this will reflect the business.Working hours:40 hours a week from 10am-6pmMonday to FridayRate of pay: negotiable based on employee’s experience and will be paid at a monthly rate normally, but also will be based on the circumstances of the employee.Overtime will be included for weekend shifts and overtime pay will be included in this. Hours will be based on customer rates.Needs of the business:Providing customers with the desired service they require.All employees:will be required to know how to cut and style men’s hair to all the latest styles and trends, as well as to the customer’s needs and preferences or-They will be required to know how and be trained in trimming beards and washing hair and dying of the hair also all these will be of an exceptionally high standardWill be required to know how to cut and style women’s hair to all the latest styles and trends, as well as to the customer’s needs and preferences.or have experience or be trained in beauty therapyUniforms will be provided and it will be a requirement to wear them.Experience required:. You will have to have a hairdressing qualification preferably an NVQ level 2 at least within hairdressing/ beauty therapy with a portfolio of your experience.If you do not have an NVQ Level 2, but you have experience, then you are just as welcome to apply..
