Job Description

THE COMPANY:Brewster Partners Recruitment Group are working with a market leading Construction company.As the Groundworker you will work as part of the dock leveller installation team carrying out a variety of roles such as drilling, dry-packing and grouting with a view to progressing to full fixing role.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working within a team of precast installers either as an erector or to support the installation
  • team while training to become a precast erector.
  • Preparing precast for installation by drilling, dry-packing and grouting
  • General labouring and housekeeping duties
  • Ensure compliance with the Companys policies including Health & Safety
  • Observe and comply with all good working practices
  • Drilling, dry-packing and grouting with a view to progressing to full fixing role.
    • THE PERSON:
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure
  • The ability to work at height if necessary
  • A desire to learn and progress to a full fixing role
  • Show good initiative and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team without constant supervision
  • Must be able to stay away overnight when required
  • Hold a valid driving licence
  • CSR accreditation
  • CSCS Card - CPCS Card
