Job Description

Financial Planning Administrator - Church Broughton, Derbyshire - Salary negotiable to £25,000 MBF are currently working with a small but well established firm of Financial Advisors who are currently in the market to recruit a Financial planning Administrator to join their growing team.The role:

  • The role will be working in a busy team, supporting the companys Financial Advisors. You will also act as a first point of contact for clients.
Duties include:
  • Preparing, organizing, and storing client information on the in-house system
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms.
  • Send Birthdays and Seasonal Cards & Gifts
  • Prepare meeting packs
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Typing up letters
Requirements
  • To be considered you MUST have previous experience in an Administrator role. You will ideally have worked as an Administrator or PA within a Financial Planning/Wealth Management practice but those with other financial services experience (or any other administratorswith a keen interest in financial services) will be considered
  • You must have extensive experience of working with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience of delivering accurate, relevant and timely information
