  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Shape our financial success by providing strategic insights and developing innovative financial strategies aligned with our organisational goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a talented team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Treasury and Payroll Management: Optimise cash flow and ensure financial stability while maintaining accuracy and compliance in payroll processes.
  • Month-End Closing: Take a hands-on approach to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, streamlining procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Financial Governance: Implement and maintain robust financial governance practices, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • ERP Upgrade Project: Play a pivotal role in our upcoming ERP system upgrade, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless transition and optimise system capabilities.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, preparing and presenting comprehensive financial reports to senior management.
Profile
  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles, ideally ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and experience in managing system upgrades.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results.
