Field Sales Professional - Derby, Liverpool, Warrington and Stafford The locations for this role include Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Telford, and Crewe £28,000 - £34,000 With Excellent Benefits Creating a better world, a better company, and a more fulfillingfuture The Sales team at Calor Gas are looking to recruit an engaging and proactive Field Sales Professional Responsible for nurturing sales leads in the field for Domestic & Commercial potential customers to contract sign. Ensuring the customer needs areunderstood, the Calor value proposition is presented, objections are overcome and the sale is closed. The role will also be responsible for proactively retaining existing Calor customers and managing the customer pricing & experience. The job holder is requiredto develop their own leads through the development of a third party network of influencers. Key responsibilities will include: Increase customer creation through the conversion of new business along the sales journey through selling in the field to achievenew contract wins Increase retention of existing customers with targeted and attractive propositions to renew their contract with Calor whilst managing revenues & margin Clearly identify and quantify customer needs through a strong understanding of Calor productsand services including technical knowledge of solutions Ensure the relevant value proposition is clearly communicated and understood by the customer and that pricing structures and deal options are presented in the appropriate manner Surveying sites to ensureindustry LPG siting requirements are met and to limit failed & aborted installations Promote a strong customer focus ensuring feedback from customers is reviewed & acted upon Build a network of specifiers and installer groups to generate third party referralsto Calor Taking personal accountability for personal & customer safety by applying Calors life saving rules Plan & prioritize workload to manage time & meet customer expectations with a high standard of administration As such we would like you to have/be:Proven experience of working in a professional sales environment or educated to A level or equivalent Experience of selling technical solutions based on customer requirements Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferable Results driven witha strong track record of achieving targets over a sustained period in B2C and/or B2B Able to create sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the market Excellent communication & presentation skills, verbal & written across a varietyof stakeholders & levels Strong negotiation skills with the ability to understand the impact of pricing on customer profitability Commercial acumen with the ability to understand financial models & contributing factors to customer life time value Proactiveapproach in finding ways to improve the customer experience & sales journey Self motivated Experience of Microsoft office suite Full UK driving license To be considered for the above opportunity you must be eligible to live and work in UK and hold a full drivinglicence that is valid for you to drive in the UK.
