Job Description

PROPERTY MANAGERDo you want to be part of a fantastic team! This highly successful, Award Winning Agent are now looking to expand their Lettings Department and are now seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their excellent team in Burton-on-Trent.You will be part of our brilliant lettings team in Property Management, who pride themselves in everything they do from giving advice to landlords about their property portfolio, receiving rent and chasing rent arrears, dealing with maintenance, and arranginginspections.You will also be responsible for moving tenants in and out of property and ensuring the great relationships with tenants and landlords is maintained.Promoting the wonderful brand and reputation and helping to realise their goals and generating new business.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying opportunities to generate new business.
  • Generate and convert landlord leads through marketing activities.
  • Manage Tenancies with excellent communication between all parties.
  • Book and carry out inventories, check in, check out and inspections.
  • Deal with maintenance jobs, liaising between all parties ensuring a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Deal with arrears chasing to ensure rents are paid.
  • Manage the AST contract between the tenant and landlord.
  • Deposit resolution
  • Update landlords on the state on their tenancy
  • Ensure all tenancies met current legislation requirements and all safety standards and certificates are met.
  • Advise Landlords on best practise.
