Data Analyst / Business Analyst - Contact Centre OperationsPermanent opportunityBurton on Trent£40K - £50K + benefitsMy client is a PE backed, award winning, leading travel operator and they are going through a major transformation of their contact centre operations. This role has been created to make sure that my client is always on the front foot with regard to efficienciesand performance through the collection and interpretation of data to improve the customer experience.Day to day you will be working closely with the Director of Channel Sales to monitor the performance of the sales team to highlight pain points within the operation. You will monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement and share learnings from thosethat are performing well. From the collection and understanding of data you will provide suggestions for improvement and efficiencies to be made across systems, processes and people.This is a key role for my client as they look to transform their contact centre into a world leading operation that provides a world class customer experience at every touch point. You will have direct access to the senior management team with the abilityto really drive positive change through the collection and interpretation of all their sales data.Successful candidates will have a proven track record of driving change and implementing efficiencies. You will be highly analytical and have a passion for data to drive change.
