Job Description

Our client is a successful company who supply a unique service to developers and housebuilders. They are presently looking to recruit a Customer Services Executive to manage and process data for a portfolio of clients. Key duties will entail:

  • Answering the phone and relaying messages
  • Email management
  • Processing various forms of administration
  • Building up relationships with clients
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to manage queries, complaints, etc
  • Setting up customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensuring data accuracy
In order to carry out this role, candidates should have excellent customer service and administration skills including being a confident user of Word and Excel.
