Job Description

GFR Recruitment are excited to be working with an outstanding, family ran business who have experienced huge growth over the past 6 years and are looking to add to their Customer Service Administration team due to their continued client wins.The main purpose of the Customer Service Administrator is to manage a portfolio of clients in a timely and effective manner in line with a "right first time" customer service philosophy, thereby enabling a smooth transition throughout the process.Duties include -

  • Ensuring that all client e mails are dealt with in line with agreed service levels.
  • Processing data requests and entry in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Validating and processing client utility invoices.
  • Dealing efficiently and courteously with correspondence, e mails and telephone calls from clients, utility companies and debt collectors.
  • Scanning and filing of documents.
  • Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as requested and in time, be trained in other areas of the business to support a "multi-tasking" environment.
  • The successful applicant will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is competent of working both individually and as part of a team in an office environment.Other essential skills include an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, including Excel & Word, a strong mathematical ability and confident telephone manner.In return a salary of £18,000 is offered along with free on-site parking, pension scheme, regular staff nights out (fully funded) and progression opportunities.Please apply online.
