Job Description

Customer Feedback AnalystWe are looking for a Customer Feedback Analyst to join our Marketing Insights Team on a permanent basis. Its an exciting time to join us as we unleash our new purpose and values and drive our business forward.We operate in an agile working environment - so whilst the role is based at our Burton offices 2 days a week, you can work from anywhere the rest of your time. You can even work from another office location in Bury St Edmunds, at home or at one of our pubsif you prefer!About the roleYoull be accountable and responsible for representing the voice of our customers in Greene King by analysing and presenting customer feedback data. Youll be pivotal in driving insights through into action across our business by linking customer feedback scoresand sales performance together to identify how we can improve our overall customer experience.On a day-to-day level youll be..

  • Providing regular reporting and analysis on all sources of customer feedback
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards for use across the business
  • Correlating feedback scores with commercial sales performance
  • Identifying key drivers of Customer satisfaction and Sales and presenting these to the business
  • Creating visually appealing reports and presentations and presenting findings to all levels of the business
About youYoull be an experienced Data Analyst familiar with integrating data, statistical analysis expertise is essential for this role. Youll be a wizard at using business intelligence and reporting tools like Cognos, Power BI or Tableu and of course an advanceduser of Microsoft Excel.Youll also have a great eye for detail and have mastered the art of storytelling in reports to help drive data decisions and customer experience improvements. Thinking outside the box, driving innovation whilst having a good commercial awareness will helpyou be successful in this role.With high energy and the ability to work at pace, youll be an excellent communicator, able to flex your style as needed.
