Job Description

Commercial Partnership Manager | £55k | Home/Field Based | Pharmaceutical IndustryMust be able to travel between Burton & London when requiredA fabulous opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to generate revenuefrom both new business and existing accounts within this company. You will own and manage all direct sales channels/ bids and marketing activity required to support deliveryof targets through those channels. The marketing part of the role is to develop brand awareness, through market and customer insight and commercial effectiveness of marketing campaignsThe finer elements of the role:- Driving profitable growth- Develop an understanding of the client needs at an organisational and individual level, key growth factors and any new strategies the client is undertaking- Ascertain how to influence and support their referral choices/ preferred suppliers- Together with the Commercial Partnership Director, develop account plans with action plans for each of our PMI clients and include Key Performance Measures for each service review- Support implementation of innovative client solutions- Deliver company strategic objectives across our private business (PMI & Self Pay)- Deliver outstanding outcomes in customer satisfaction & member experience- Develop clear pathways for PMI members and self funders to ensure best outcomes are achieved for members/ patients- Provide solutions orientated account leadership for excellent client engagement- Drive innovative solutions for brand awareness including; training, collateral, digital solutions, education meetings, events attendance/ sponsorship- Full support to Commercial Partnership Director for all strategic and organisational actions including; KPI reports and data, market intel reports, price lists and health code updates.- This role will require some additional peripheral services and clients to manage alongside the PMI accounts, these form part of the patient journey and require close internal operational management to ensure they run smoothlyWhat were looking for:- Strong communication skills and an ability to influence people and be able to develop proposals and present them in a confident way- Ability to persuade and inspire non -reporting colleagues to deliver on all aspects of the services for which you are responsible- A team player that builds strong relationships with others both within and outside the business- Solutions focused and identifies ways of overcoming problems; capable of identifying new and creative ways of overcoming barriers to growth- Able to multi-task and focuses time and energy on the most value adding tasks; displays well developed planning & organisational skills- Copes well under pressure and displays personal resilience; motivated by the need to deliver results.- Ability to think strategically and align company offerings with the current and future marketing plans of account- Strong level of attention to detail, with both grammar and Excel. Able to analyse and understand financial & pricing information- Demonstrate a track record of managing accounts with a minimum value of £1m+- Proven track record of building relationships, developing business with Executives of PMI companies or within a private healthcare services setting- Proven track record of implementing processes and supporting operational performance- Sound knowledge of - Private healthcare market in UK, Pharmaceutical market and NHS environment, Cancer specialities and treatment options and GDPR/ CQC/ MHRA- Ideally ABPI accreditedCherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
