Job Title: Graduate Business Data Analyst Location: Barton Under NeedwoodDuration: PermanentSalary:28kHours: 37 per week on daysOur Rail Client based near Burton On Trent have a new opportunity for a Graduate Business Data Analyst on a permanent basis.Ownership & Key ResponsibilitiesCapture, management and reporting of Spares &Trading (S&T) business data and KPIs, support the management of customer demand forecasting, planning and monitoring as well as the development of business processes, systems and digital tools Key Responsibilities:1. Data capture, analysis and reporting 2. Business KPIs development and reporting3. Customer demand forecasting data management 4. Data management processes development and consolidation 5. Support the business digitalisation (eg portal) Key Duties & Tasks:* Capture data from various platforms to consolidate into information, analysis and reports to support the management of S&T business as usual and new business* Create and manage data visualisations and dashboards from ERP systems or any other systems* Gather and synthesise data from diverse sources to support governance and reporting to management * Consolidate, analyse and report data into Company Sales Cockpit in line with Group guidelines (eg pricing impact and time to quote)* Develop, manage and update the digital parts catalogue for a given data domain (SISCAT) ensuring its accuracy and completeness are aligned to the Wabtec standards* Develop commercial parts catalogues to support business retention and development* Capture recurring business and new business sales data and report into company CRM system* Develop and generate S&T business KPIs to support the product line* Capture and analyse customer demand profile to determine optimum inventory, and kitting management to support operational execution.* Contribute to the improvement of business processes around data, creating recommendations for improvement and working with the wider teams to implement improvements* Responsible in promoting Safety of the Railway (SotR) to ensure that our product does not endanger the travelling public, train crew, trackside workers or other stakeholders* Promote and actively develop the Safety Culture within the Company* Responsible for ensuring self and all required personnel complete enabling safety processes to reduce injuries and near misses (e.g. Safety Behavioral Observations (SBOs), Near Miss reporting) as nominated by Line Manager/Director * Communicate and enforce Safe Systems of Work (SSoW)General:* Adhere at all times to the companys Health, Safety & Environmental instructions and requirements* Adhere at all times to the companys values* Take on any other reasonable responsibilities or tasks that are within the employees skills and abilitiesWorking Relationships: S&T Product Line Team Customer Service Team Finance Team Sales Team Project Management IT Team Group Team Customers & Key Suppliers--- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
