Business AnalystEast Midlands£50,000 - £60,000 depending on experienceMy client is a private equity backed luxury and niche travel business that is embarking on a significant change and transformation programme due to continued growth.The Business Analyst will be responsible for working with stakeholders from a variety of business functions and related third parties to gather, define and document business needs, processes and requirements for a variety of technology and business initiatives.Day to day you will working with the transformation team supporting the programme portfolio to ensure successful delivery of initiatives that will improve the customer journey and experience as well as internal business processes. You will develop a thoroughunderstanding of the business drivers, project scope and objectives for transformation in order to determine business requirements.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the role of a Business Analyst and will have worked in a fast pace change environment across multiple business functions.
