Job Description

Asbestos Surveyor£23,000 - £27,000 + BenefitsBurton Upon Trent, West MidlandsOur client is a leading UKAS accredited Asbestos Management Consultancy whose expertise lies in providing high quality asbestos surveying, air monitoring, project management, consultancy and training g to a large portfolio of clients across the UK.Our client is seeking 2 x skilled Asbestos Surveyors to join their Midlands team after securing a large Midlands based contract. You will be required to complete Management, Refurbishment/Demolition & Re-inspection surveys in a range of mainly housing/domestic type properties and report on your findings through producing comprehensive reports.Additional duties include:

  • Collect bulk samples to be taken in for analysis
  • Collect and upload data using a tablet
  • Liaise with clients daily and member of the public on a daily basis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the companys client
  • Ensure all work carried out is in line with HSG:264
    • What are we looking for
  • BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified
  • A minimum of 12 months (post qualification) experience in asbestos surveying
  • Full UK driving license with a flexible approach to travel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good IT skills with knowledge of TEAMS (or similar) software
