A confident, organised individual is required to provide comprehensive reception, administrative and secretarial support within Masterton Health Centre for a range of healthcare professionals.You will be jointly responsible for maintaining 2,700 school health records and work closely with the School Nurses. You will also provide secretarial support to the Staff Grade Paediatrician and ADHD Tier II Nurses, as required.You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in Tiara, Microsoft Office and Winscribe/audio typing. Working Monday to Wednesday, you will be required to work both independently and as part of a team.You should be educated to standard grade and have previous Administration/Secretarial experience.
