Job Description

Exciting opportunity for an experiencedNew Mortgage Adviser - to work for a thriving, organised and professional company.You must be qualified and have between 1 - 5 years’ experience. All leads and support provided. Uncapped commission structure.Job RequirementsCeMAP qualification (or equivalent)

  1. 1-5 Years of Experience as a Whole-of-Market Mortgage Adviser
  2. Knowledgeable about the lending criteria and application process of a wide range of Residential and Buy-to-Let Lenders (prime & sub-prime) - not just a restricted panel
  3. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
  4. Expected to work from 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri in the office
  5. Experienced with Mortgage Sourcing Systems - Trigold Prospector ideally
  6. Practised with assessing credit files
  7. Comfortable with not charging client fees at any stage of the process
  8. Ideally, experience with generating buildings & contents insurance quotes
  9. Full UK Driver’s License
  10. Clean Credit History with No Criminal Convictions
