Job Description

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, based in Bungay, are currently seeking a Materials Administrator to join their team initially on a 3 Month FTC.

  • Do you have strong IT skills
  • Do you have the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Do you have strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet scheduled deadlines
  • Do you have good communication skills
If so, this could be the role for you!This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with an hour for lunch. This role may be extended past the 3 months depending on the business needs.This role is integral to the smooth running of the materials department, supporting the team with all aspects of administration to ensure they can meet the operational needs of the business.To be successful as a Materials Administrator you should be able to carry out all tasks with high attention to detail. Ultimately, a Materials Administrator should be highly organised and possess strong communication skills.Main Tasks of the Role:
  • To support with the administration of the material controllers.
  • Processing invoices, producing invoices, and checking details are correct
  • General administrative duties.
  • Correspondence with customers via telephone and email
