Are you an experienced HR Assistant / Advisor looking for that next step in your HR careerThis could be the role for you !Our client is based on the Norfolk / Suffolk border and are seeking to appoint an HR Advisor to join their team. Working closely with the HR Director the role will provide a full, professional and confidential first line HR advisory and support service to managersand employees.You will support the development and delivery of HR initiatives that drive and support business objectives as well as acting asa role model for the HR function, leading by example in all activities and interactions.The role is a full HR generalist remit and a good understanding of employee relations and case management is critical.
