Job Description

Were supporting our client in their search for an Digital Training Content Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis to support in the training, development, implementation, management and maintenance of the Training systems across varied operatingenvironments within the division.The role is responsible for ensuring the creation and development of the training platform and its centralisation into a single part of the organisation as well as developing and managing training courses within the platform.You will need to be software/technology savvy a dynamic thinker with a digital mind set. This role will have you creating/developing training videos/tutorials/interactive presentations so experience with building websites, creating demo videos would be advantageous.Responsibilities include:

  • Create and develop suit of training courses via training platforms
  • Identify and implement the suite of training courses
  • Work with all Managers to ensure training requirements are understood and implemented via the training platform
  • Develop and maintain procedures and processes that are traceable and auditable for the training platform
  • Raise purchase requisitions for all training purchased for employees ensuring relevant approvals are in place when processing invoices through
  • System management for company E Learning system
  • Liaise with the HR point of contact to discuss L&D needs that can be met
  • Maintain a current knowledge of applicable Industry Regulations and Guidelines to steer the business towards continued compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Undertake any other duties of a reasonable nature as required

  • Be willing to travel to other offices
