Due to rapid growth, our client are recruiting for an experienced property professional to join their warm, welcoming team!   • OTE £23,800 per annum - basic salary £19,800 + bonus
  • Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm
  • HYBRID WORKING - 3 days office, 2 days from home
  • Blenheim Industrial Estate - fantastic new offices & easily accessible via public transport
Responsibilities:
  • To manage your own caseload of developments and individual new build shared ownership property sales through legal progression to exchange of contracts and completion.
  • To ensure the progression of sales achieves benchmark targets from time of sale agreed to exchange of contracts.
  • To look after maintenance on any properties in your caseload of which are handed over.
  • To ensure all data is recorded accurately and kept up to date
  • To deliver targets and excellent service
About you:
  • To thrive in this role, you need to be highly organised with excellent people and time-management skills!
  • Some form of property experience is ESSENTIAL to be considered
