We are supporting a highly advancedEducationTrust based inNottingham. This role is permanentTerm Time,offering you flexibility with hours.You will undertake a comprehensive range of Administrativetasks, prioritising work and meeting deadlines. You will be responsible for administering admissions and exclusions, ensuring all documentation is sent on time.Do you have experience working within the Education sector If you are a strong Administrator, this role would be perfect for you!Key responsibilities,You will take minutes in meetings and share notes amongst the team.To greet visitors, including parents and students, dealing with general enquiries face to face or by telephone.To assist with student welfare duties, look after sick students, liaise with parents/carers and relevant staff, and deal with complex student matters.You will liaise with home school and school nurses to ensure that students can access immunisation and other school nurse services.To log and report staff absences and communicate regularly with students home schools.You will work with the Local Authority officer as part of the Nottingham Education visit legislation to approve activities and ensure offsite activities safety and quality.To promote students regular and punctual attendance and assist with implementing these strategies.To manage the academy visits administration, including assisting with the planning, collection of paperwork, booking venues, buses, and administering and the risk assessment process in liaison with the visit leader.You will use IT systems and databases to monitor attendance, produce regular reports often to tight timescales, using excel and word process.Ideal candidate,Previous experience of working within an educational settingAbility to communicate with a wide range of audiences, including young people,Ability to work flexibly in a team situation whilst prioritising, showing initiative, and working independently.Confidence and independence to work using own initiativeWhats on offer,Term time flexibilityPro rata salary from working 36 hours, £19,970-£22,938.
