Reprographics Technician | Nottingham |Term Time Only (plus 2 weeks) | Salary £19,650 - £20,444 Pro Rota -Per AnnumCherry Professionalis supporting a well-establishedEducation Trust,based inNottinghamThey are now seeking an experiencedReprographics Technicianto come and join them on a permanent basis.Youwill be working for a successfulsupportive team.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development, and operation of a comprehensivereprographicsservice for theAcademyand effectively perform all duties, ensuring safe practices are observed at all times.Are you looking for a new role that offers you a work-life balance Then this role will be perfect for you! WorkingMonday to Friday, you will work 37 hours a week term timeonly plus 2 weeks.Key Responsibilities,To prioritise and manage your workload efficiently and independently to ensure that the requirements of the Academy are met.You will produce a wide range of high-qualityprinted documentationand otherreprographicproducts, within required deadlines, for the whole Academy.To provide associated reprographic services: collating, paper-folding, guillotining, stapling, book-making, binding and laminating.You will raise requisitions for consumables when needed, ensuring effective resource planning to avoid resources and maintain the best value.To have good knowledge of internal financial controls and associated software and procedures, liaising with suppliers and other academies within the trust.To ensure the general care of thereprographicdepartment, including maintenance of machinery and equipment, providing the correct level of maintenance is carried out throughout the year and liaising with external contractors to resolve theissue within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).To ensure correct procedures are followed when maintaining printers to limit exposure to toner and prevent injury from hot exposed components.To cooperate and communicate with administration team members to ensure efficient team-working, including requesting assistance during busy periods and providing the admin team members with general administrative duties.To keep financial accounts to record charges for departmental printing and any outside private printing undertaken where this cannot be done through the standard software, ensuring that information is regularly reported to the Finance Business Partner.To keep a record of paper, card and laminating materials taken for use by the departments and input the charges using the relevant software.To maintain confidentiality at all times, when handling sensitive documentation. Proofread any submitted documents to ensure they are free from errors and make on the spot changes to ensure work can be printed within the required timescale.You must have,A good understanding of reprographics technology.Word processing and ICT skillsable to use a range of software packages.Self-motivated and flexibleto meet peaks and flows ofUse of ICT applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, email etc.Previous experience of working within an educational establishment and an understanding of business needs in the context of school life.Whats on offer for you,Hours of work Monday to Friday 37 hours a week.Salary £19,650- £20,444.Pro-rata salary term time £17,689 - £18, 404.Competitive benefits.Opportunity to work in a very friendly and values driven organisation.Cherry professional is recruiting on behalf of the client.
