Facilities Assistant £18,933 - £19,698 per annum Full-time - 37 hours & 52 weeks3 shift rota system between hours of 0600 - 1900. The core purpose of the role is to assist the Facilities Manager and Deputy Facilities Manager in the efficient and effective management of the Academysite, including accommodation, buildings and grounds, ensuring that they are safe, clean, secure and accessible and to assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety at all times. Duties will include opening and closing the building, clearing of litterand leaves, porterage duties, checking the BMS systems and reporting any issues, minor repairs and responding to emergencies e.g., flooding, or broken glass.We are looking for a customer focused individual who can work well as part of a team as well as on their own initiative and has an organised and professional approach to work.
