14.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Thursday and Friday, shift pattern 6am - 2pm/11am - 7pm, alternate weeksWe are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Caretaker to join our dedicated site team.The purpose of this role is to assist the Site Manager and Site Technician in the efficient and effective management of the Academy site, including accommodation, buildings and grounds, ensuring that they are safe, clean, secure and accessible and to assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety at all times. Duties will include opening and closing the building, clearing of litter and leaves, porterage duties, checking the heating and chiller systems and reporting any issues, and responding to emergencies, such as flooding.We are looking for a customer-focused individual who can work well as part of a team as well as on their own initiative, and who has an organised and professional approach to work. Previous experience as a Caretaker or in a customer-focused environment would be advantageous but is not essential.Please note that CVs are not accepted unless accompanied by an application form.
