Job Description

Customer Claims Support AssistantShift Patterns: Monday - FridayPAYE Rate: £10.10 p/hHours: 40 + Hours per weekThis role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a large UK company who have operations across the country.The Role:

  • Responsible for assessing, investigating, and resolving customer claims and complaints Booking in units at multiple locations
  • Be the point of contact for internal and external customers and develop and maintain excellent relationships
  • Present claim summaries to Heads of Service for authorisation
  • Deliver proposed resolutions to customers
  • Be prepared to review cases when customers pushback
  • Complete master records tracking all claims and complaints
  • Fulfil other associated duties as required by the Customer Support Team Leader
What kind of person we are looking for:
  • Experience within a customer facing role with the ability to investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints to a mutual satisfaction
  • Must be competent in MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel Must have a keen eye for detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, prioritising workload
