AdministratorForde Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our automotive client at their office in Bruntingthorpe This is an immediate start on full time temporary ongoing basis with a look to make the position permanent after a successful probationary period.All candidates must have previous admin experience in a similar role however training will be provided.Key skills requiredProficient in all Microsoft platforms; Excel, Outlook and WordHighly organised and able to prioritise workloadExcellent telephone manner, polite and welcoming personaFlexible approach and adaptableA quick learner able to participate in an office based training programmeThe role consists of (but not limited to) the following duties:Dealing with a wide range of queries via email and telephoneData entry and updating of in house computer systemsDiary managementScheduling appointmentsCreating and maintaining excel spreadsheetsProcess incoming and outgoing mailGeneral administrative tasks; scanning, filing printing documents etc.Hours of work are 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday and the rate of pay is £8.50 an hourIf this role sounds ideal for you then please apply online todayForde Recruitment is part of the Forde Recruitment Group.
