Job Description

This FMCG retailer is currently looking for a Consultant (Project Manager) for their branded food range. This business has Operations in the UK and internationally & is looking for someone to lead their supply chain Brexit programme in relationship to all their 3rd party ingredients and finished products coming through their European suppliers.The roles and responsibilities of this Consultant Project Manager are -

Utilise key project management tools and techniques to meet the demands of the Brexit project

Project manage the delivery of two critical workstreams one of them being Exports via Europe review

Regulatory changes bring translated into organised and structured project plans

Determine and communicate the impact to the wider business model and plan as a result of upcoming changes, E.g. end of transition & import rules etc

Develop and manage relationships with programme stakeholders

Partners across the different groups in the business and working closely with all stakeholders to ensure a sustainable and cohesive project delivery

To be successful in this Consultant Project Manager position-

You must have extensive Project Management and work with PM tools and communication

You must have experience of supply chain and logistics & have worked in a similar project regarding Brexit to add value.

Experience with food Manfacturing, supplier or FMCG, retail would be desirable

Can communicate, technical information and detail to the wider commercial team

Be able to work across European teams (currently remotely) in delivering the next stage of the project.

Extensive stakeholder experience and handling.
