Senior AdministratorBrookmans ParkTemporary to PermanentFull Time: Monday - Friday. Core Office Hours£30,000A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join an internationally known organisation with offices in Brookmans Park.You will be joining an established team to support with administrative tasks.Duties to include: Diary management for the Team Manager Organisation and planning on behalf of the team with internal facilities Management of the office stationary supplies Supporting with the Health and Safety for the office Support with team expenses and credit card statements Take minutes in team meetings and other relevant meetings Prepare presentations Arrange meetings and coordinate events Arrange travel as required Ad hoc admin duties as requiredWe are looking for a strong communicator who can confidently liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
