Job Description

*************NEW EXCLUSIVE ROLE**********************NEW EXCLUSIVE ROLE*************************My client has been established for over 25 years and is now one of Europe’s fastest growing sports wear companies.Due to the acquisition and relaunch of a new brand they are looking to appoint a digital marketing manager to establish the brands globally and also to support the companysrelationships.The RoleThe focus of the role is to drive sales of the companys owned brands. You will manage all of the digital and content activity across the brand ecommerce platforms and multimedia channels, shaping and implementing the overall digital strategy whilst taking responsibility for maximising the brands sales. You will be required to lead from the front, supporting and driving the delivery aspects as well as the tactical and strategic.They are looking for a commercially savvy digital professional who can build brand and also deliver sales through an understanding of ecommerce, social media, digital advertising and content creation and delivery.The role is self-supporting (1 Marketing Exec), therefore a rounded "roll your sleeves up" mentality is required to be able to get the smaller jobs done whilst managing strategy and big picture.Key Responsibilities

  • Growing the company brands in awareness, engagement and sales using the full range of digital channels
  • Dictate and develop the over-arching digital roadmap
  • Ownership for KPI’s across the digital platforms including social, website, apps with revenue being the primary KPI.
  • Managing digital advertising, CRM, content and social strategies to drive revenue through ecommerce
  • Optimise ecommerce platforms to maximise revenue
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to the senior management and business leaders across the organisation. Provide subject matter expertise to ensure that digital is fully integrated with other parts of the team marketing mix to provide a seamless experience to customers and partners

  • Be a strong brand builder and marketer with skill set and experience in digital marketing
  • Be a strategic and analytical thinker, able to develop and communicate vision and direction for the digital team that aligns and supports the rest of the organisation

  • Showcase excellent communication skills in both written and oral formats for a range of audiences.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Significant experience developing strategies across all digital/social/mobile platforms to drive engagement, growth and revenue
  • Practical experience in working with talent (athlete/influencer)
  • Be a leader who is strong, collaborative, inspirational, energetic and committed to the development and growth of their team members
  • Demonstrable experience of devising, implementing and driving successful digital strategies
  • Experience of producing and distributing engaging content with the ability to tell a story and convey messages that connects the brand with customers
  • Experience of acting as a brand guardian
  • A proven track record of leading an analytical driven approach to measuring content performance across the team
  • Experience of setting and managing content KPIs and targets
  • Hands on/can do attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
