Job Description

Job Title: Sales AdministratorJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeSalary: £23,000Location: BromsgroveJob Description for Sales Administrator:Do you have experience in the motor trade Do you understand the pre contractual and after sales process If you are currently in the motor trade and have strong administration skills this is the role for you. This is an established company in the motor tradeindustry looking for a sales administrator through growth within the division. Duties for Sales Administrator:

  • Process documents relating to the purchase and registering of new and used vehicles including AFRL.
  • Administration for taxing and handbook of vehicles sold complying with internal guidelines and external legislation.
  • Raise invoices for vehicle sales.
  • Maintain manual and digital dealer files
  • Administration for internal dealer vehicle transfers.
Key Skills and Attributes for Sales Administrator:
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Very good attention to detail is crucial.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • At least 2 years administration experience within motor trade.
  • Ability to use initiative to ensure all tasks are completed.
This role is a 2 shift role with a week of 8:30- 5pm and a week of 9-5:30pm on rotation with a 1 hour lunch break. There is a bonus based on company performance 6 monthly meaning an OTE of £24,000. You will receive 22 days holiday plus bank holidays increasedto 23 days plus bank holidays after 5 years of service.
