Job Description

Financial AdvisorBromsgroveEmployed Role with BonusNJR now have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a highly successful and reputable Wealth Management firm based in Bromsgrove as a desk based financial planner who will specialise in the annual reviews process.The role requires an individual who has the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, create strong relationships and has excellent communication skills.Whats in it for you

The main purpose of this role is to provide high quality financial planning advice and solutions to the existing client base in order to meet individual targets.This will include:
  • Contacting existing clients via telephone and video calls to discuss their financial situation
  • Keeping up-to-date with new product, technical or legislative changes within the marketplace
  • Comply at all times with the Compliance and T&C procedures of the firm and industry
  • Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations
  • Complete all supporting documentation in an accurate manner
What we need from you:
  • Previous experience as a CAS Status financial planner
  • Minimum level 4 diploma qualification
  • Experience providing financial advice and achieving/exceeding relevant KPIs
  • Up to date knowledge of FCA requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
  • The capability to explain complex information simply and clearly
  • The ability to establish relationships with clients
  • Excellent research and analytic skills
