Job Description

Pay: £36,000-£40,000 with £4,200 car allowanceNonStops client, based in the West Midlands, is seeking a determined and motivated social worker to join their therapeutically informed fostering agency on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals within a supportive and fulfilling work environment.They are offering a fully homebased role with in person visits. Responsibilities:
  • Build positive relationships with foster carers
  • Support a caseload of foster carers throughout the West Midlands ensuring the highest standards of care are met
  • Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed
Requirements:
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • A driver
  • Have experience working within the fostering sector of childrens services
  • Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
