Job Description

Salary: £44,000 plus a £4,200 car allowanceNonStops client, based in the West Midlands, is actively seeking a committed and enthusiastic Senior Supervising Social Worker to join their therapeutic fostering agency on a permanent basis.This role offers full remote work with the necessity to travel for foster family visits and occasional meetings. Responsibilities:
  • Build positive relationships with foster carers
  • Support a caseload of foster carers throughout the West Midlands ensuring the highest standards of care are met
  • Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed
Requirements:
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • A driver
  • Have experience working within the fostering sector of childrens services
  • Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
