Our client hold a excellent reputation within the industry for providing bespoke Advice to both corporate and private clients.Our Client are constantly growing from strength to strength abd as a result of organic growth now have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced IFA Administrator/ Trainee Paraplanner to join their thriving Business.This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services and has experience of Pensions & Investments as well as delivery of first class service to Clients and Consultants. You will be working for an award winning professional servicesfirm with an excellent reputation for training staff in a friendly and welcoming environment.Responsibilities" To provide efficient administrative support to Financial Planners " Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails " To be a point of contact for IFAs, clients, life offices and members of the business" Maintenance of all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date" Maintenance of diary management system, ensuring daily workflow is completed accurately and in line with SLAs" Assist with the management of the IFAs portfolio of existing business" Ensure appropriate documentation is scanned and attached to the relevant client records" Prepare and format reports in accordance with Company guidelines" Prepare and process new business and review packs for IFA client meetings " Obtain research when requested for protection and annuity products" Provide mortgage research for IFAs using online systems" Obtain illustrations for products from providers either on-line or over the telephone" Undertake filing, photocopying and scanning duties when required" Process payment requests and surrenders using SLAs and compliance guidelines" Deal with fund switch requests and also be responsible for processing fund switches onlineThe successful candidate will need to have previous experience working in an IFA practice and is used to dealing with pensions and investments.
